Thank You to everyone who participated in the 2009-2010 Auction Survey. Because of your input the Maple Hills PTA Board of Directors was able to put together a Fundraising Plan for the 2010-2011 school year.

Opportunities for Volunteers

BUS GREETERS NEEDED:

Volunteers are needed to greet buses the first few days of school and get students to their classrooms. You can sign up for one shift or multiple shifts. Help is needed each morning at 8:45am and each afternoon at 3:15pm from Tuesday, Aug. 31 through Wednesday, Sept. 8. We need at least 15 people at each shift. If you are interested please send an e-mail to directorofvolunteers@maplehillspta.com

FULL DAY KINDER & 1ST GRADE LUNCH HELPERS:

To help our incoming Full Day Kindergartners and First Graders have an easier time during their lunch time, we ask for some parent volutneers to come in and help out. Parents help input student ID numbers, show them how to get their hot foods and salad bar items and learn the rules of the lunchroom. If you would like to "have lunch" with your student the frist week of school please let us know. August 31 - September 10th.
