LETTER FROM THE PRESIDENT
Dear Maple Hills Elementary Families,
As we come to the close of another wonderful school year, I wanted to take a moment to extend my deepest gratitude to all of our volunteers, supporters, and families who have made this year such a success. From organizing events to lending a hand in the classroom, your dedication has truly made a difference in the lives of our students and staff.
Each year, we are reminded of the incredible power of community, and this year has been no exception. Whether you helped with fundraising, set up for a school event, chaperoned a field trip, or simply offered your time when we needed it most—your efforts have not gone unnoticed. Thank you for the time, energy, and love you've poured into making our school a better place for our children.
As we reflect on the great memories made this year, we also look forward to the exciting opportunities ahead. We can’t wait to work alongside all of you once again next year to continue creating a supportive, engaging, and vibrant school community.

Field Day Shirts For ALL! (We are trying something new)
We are excited to announce that, thanks to the generosity of our PTA, we will be supplementing the purchase of Field Day shirts for all students this year! Our goal is to ensure that every child, regardless of their circumstances, has the opportunity to participate in this special event fully!
If you have already purchased a shirt for your child, we sincerely thank you for your support. If not, no worries—we’ve got it covered! Every student will receive a shirt, and we’ll ensure that sizes are available for all. The funds from spirit wear and field day shirt sales are being used to help cover the costs for every child and teacher to get a shirt the morning of field day!
We understand that sometimes costs can be a barrier for families, and we want to make sure every student feels included and part of the fun. By covering the cost of these shirts, we hope to create a more equitable and inclusive experience for all of our students as they come together to celebrate the spirit of teamwork, fun, and community on Field Day.
Thank you for helping us make Field Day a memorable and inclusive event for everyone. We are so grateful for the support of our families and look forward to an amazing day of activities and fun!

Originally $13, we’re thrilled to offer them to families for just $10 each!

If you forgot to purchase a shirt and still want one, you can donate $10 using the PTA donation tool and your student will receive their Field Day shirt!

📝 PTA MEMBERS: Your student’s name will be added automatically with the donation, so no need to input it again.
Non-PTA Members, must include your name or your students name in the Family/Company Name box!
